I understand that this is a routine application to establish credit, character, employment, and rental history. I also understand that this is NOT an agreement to rent and that all applications must be approved. I authorize verification of references given, my employment, and my rental history. I declare that the statements above are true and correct, and I agree that the landlord may terminate my agreement entered into in reliance on any misstatement made above.

I also understand and agree that application fees are non-refundable and are used to cover the costs associated with processing your rental application and conducting background and credit checks. Payment of the application fee and completion of the credit report do not guarantee approval of your application. All applications are subject to review and final approval based on the landlord's criteria and policies.
